Manager, Sales Operations & Productivity
TheLadders.com is looking for a Manager, Sales Operations & Productivity. This person will have the opportunity to support and maintain a first class sales team. This individual will have a profound impact on the future of TheLadders.com at a defining moment in the evolution of the company.
The Manager, Sales Operations is an integral part of TheLadders.com Enterprise sales team. The Manager, Sales Operations position is for someone with a burning desire to succeed, a can-do attitude and an interest in maximizing the effectiveness of sales operations. If you’ve got strong organizational and analytical skills and desire to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth Internet environment, please forward your information for immediate consideration. You will be playing a key role in supporting the sales teams in our fastest growing division of the fastest growing company in the online recruiting space.
Responsibilities
• Support sales operations through organization, translation of data into actionable insight and support of Salesforce.com
• Collaborate with marketing and technology business leaders to ensure optimal support of sales activity through Salesforce.com
• Business Practices Review and Update
• Act as a liaison between sales and the rest of the organization
• Manage multiple projects for sales and participate in projects for entire organization
• Motivate, coach and provide direction to Sales Operations team
• Direct day to day activities to insure that all deadlines and projects are complete on time
• Evaluate sales data and utilize customer database to improve productivity and performance
• Be a strategic thinker and creative problem solver with an ability to execute innovative solutions
• Coordinate sales and marketing vendor/partner projects
• Expertise with Customer Relationship Management, Sales Methodology etc.
• Assess and recommend optimal sales organization workflow and processes
• Evaluate the team’s daily sales activity and prospecting strategy, and develop solutions to improve efficiencies
• Identify key business initiatives and develop measureable metrics for tracking their success.
Requirements
• 5+ total years of sales operations and/or sales management experience
• Expert level knowledge of Salesforce.com
• BA or BS degree from a top tier college or university
• Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
• Energetic, upbeat, tenacious individual that knows how to manage multiple projects to completion
• Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
• Project Management experience and history of meeting deadlines and goals
